This is a cool acronym to remember how to start the day in a great way!
Thankfulness - Make the first thought of the day, a thankful thought.
Inspiration - Connect with something that inspires you / a book, a video, a quote, a picture, a person.
Meditation - Check in with yourself, even for 2-3 minutes.
Exercise - Do something each day that you love doing, even for a short time.
